If you require an answer we will provide it within 3 working days.
There are two ways to shop on our site:

- use the search function on the home page.
Once you have found your gift then simply make sure you have selected the correct size and/or colour (where applicable) and 'add to basket'. Next, you can either go straight to the checkout or keep shopping. You can view your basket contents at any time by clicking 'view basket' at the top of the page.

We believe the best customer service includes saving you as much time as possible. We can do this by storing your details so you don't have to input them each time you visit the site. Registration is only necessary for ordering, not browsing, but it takes just a couple of minutes and will save you time over and over again. It also allows us to provide you with updated product information and newsletters (if you so wish). Your information is confidential and we do not store any credit card details as all payments are made via secure Worldpay.

Complete your details and delivery address and click on 'confirm'. You will be transferred to the secure Worldpay site for credit and debit card payments. Worldpay are the world leaders in these transactions and use the latest encryption technology to make sure your information is as secure as possible.
All product prices and charges are in pounds sterling and payment is currently only accepted in pounds sterling. You can pay using the following cards:
When you have successfully placed an order, we will automatically send you confirmation via email. We recommend you print this and keep it for your records.
TinyTot Gifts currently delivers to the UK, the European Community countries and the USA.
Delivery charges are detailed below, but we are not responsible for any import/customs duties levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
UK - £3.50
EC Countries - £5.95
USA - £15.00
Any orders from countries outside of the above will incur a £15.00 delivery charge.
UK delivery via the Royal Mail will take 3-5 working days from receipt of order. However, to avoid disappointment at peak times please place your order well ahead of when you need it. Overseas orders will be despatched within 3 days from receipt of order.
- You must notify us by email at service@tinytotgifts.com within 7 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return a gift set. Please quote your order number, name and address, product details and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with a returns number which must accompany the returned goods together with the original delivery note.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the returns number. Returns must be in their original unused condition, including packaging. If the product is not in a resalable condition then a refund will not be possible and we will send the goods back to you at an additional delivery charge.
- The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We advise customers to obtain proof of posting to ensure the goods are returned as you are still liable for the cost of the goods if we do not receive them.
- Your credit or debit card will be credited with the price you paid for the returned goods (including any discounts) within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide to TinyTot Gifts through this website will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
It is collected to process your order and improve the service we offer you. If you place an order with us it is assumed, unless you inform us otherwise, that you wish to be added to our mailing list to receive information about new products, services and special offers from time to time.
The customer registration system allows you to opt out of the newsletter service (when available). You can change your mailing preferences for the above at any time by emailing service@tinytotgifts.com.
We will not pass on your email address to any third party and will only pass on your address to trusted sources if you agree. The information we collect about you includes your name, address, contact number and email address and baby's name/date of birth etc where appropriate. We will not collect sensitive information about you without your consent.
You can check the information we hold (securely) about you at any time and you can be sure that we will also check, amend, and where necessary delete information promptly.
If you have any queries for any reason, please email service@tinytotgifts.com in the first instance stating your full name and order number (if applicable). We will respond to your query within 3 working days by return email. You may if you wish add your phone number to your email and we will call you back if the situation requires it.

As our products are sourced from international brands we will always indicate in the product size box which size most closely resembles UK sizing. Please note that some products may not be available in all sizes.

At TinyTot Gifts we do our best to ensure that the product you want is available to you. Unfortunately this is not always possible, and we cannot accept liability if items go out of stock. All prices are accurate at the time of publication.
